Missers is a service operated by Ubidesk LLC. In these terms, “Missers,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ubidesk LLC.
1. The service
Missers helps businesses respond to missed callers by sending automated conversational text messages, recording related activity, and notifying the business owner. Service availability can depend on telephone carriers and third-party providers.
2. Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to contact people who call your business and accept responsibility for the content and legality of your own replies. You must provide accurate business information and use Missers only for lawful, conversational messages—not promotions or bulk messaging.
3. SMS terms
Messages are sent to people who call a participating business and may include an automatic reply and conversational follow-ups about their request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact hello@missers.com. Reply STOP to cancel. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
4. Billing and trial
Paid plans begin after the 14-day trial unless canceled. A valid payment method is required. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, and plan limits are measured during each billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Missers to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or promotional messages; interfere with the service; or attempt to access another customer’s data.
6. Availability and liability
We work to provide a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. To the extent permitted by law, Missers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
